An exhibition of contemporary Ukrainian art and fashion designs has been opened at London Saatchi Gallery

October 18-th the most prestigious London gallery of contemporary art, Saatchi Gallery, hosted an exhibition of works by Ukrainian artists. Paintings, installations and sculpture by more than two generations of masters were exhibited. 

The cream of the crop of Ukrainian contemporary art were selected to present their works; artists who have showcased their work several times in world biennale, exhibition projects and auctions. Among those artists the Saatchi Gallery exhibited works by Nazar Bilyk, Matvey Weissberg, Artem Volokitin, Igor Gusev, Aleksandr Zhivotkov, Aleksei Zolotariov, Zhanna Kadyrova, Pavel Kerestei, Aleksandr Klimenko, Anatolii Krivolap, Pavel Makov, Maksim Mamsikov, Nikolai Matsenko, Roman Minin, Vinni Reunov, Aleksandr Roitburd, Stepan Riabchenko, Arsen Savadov, Aleksei Sai, Viktor Sidorenko, Tiberii Silvashy, Marina Skugareva, Yurii Solomko, Oleg Tistol, Vasilii Tsagolov. 

The same day the Saatchi Gallery hosted a fashion show where Ukrainian designers ruled the podium. More than 400 viewers attended to judge their masterwork. The London’s sophisticated and demanding public applauded the designs by Ukrainian fashionista. 

Contemporary Ukrainian art and fashion show has raised quite a stir in the British cultural circles, which is a clear indication of Ukrainian culture existing within the context of the world.
